MIROX does not:
- Store user funds
- Manage private keys
- Execute transactions on behalf of users
Users retain full control and responsibility over their wallets.
4. Risk Disclosure
You acknowledge that:
- Blockchain technology involves inherent risks
- Transactions are irreversible
- Digital assets are highly volatile
5. Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to:
- Violate applicable laws
- Interfere with system integrity
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Exploit vulnerabilities
6. Intellectual Property
All platform content, trademarks, and technology are owned or licensed by MIROX.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MIROX shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of funds
- Smart contract failures
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MIROX from claims arising from your use of the platform.
